DurationA week consists of 7 nights, an additional night (full board) 45euros for adults.
TOEIC prep: there is no guaranteed pass (exam is taken at your own discretion at a fee of 105euros paid to the examiner (please pre-book exam if required)
Book: To book a stay, complete and return the form with a deposit of 130euro. The balance must be paid six weeks before departure by cheque . For a booking less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the total amount must be paid in full by cheque immediately. (apply for a form via website or telephone/e-mail)
The conditions: the amount of 130euros booking fee is not refundable
75% repayment of the balance - Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival date
50% repayment of the balance - Cancellation 30 to 14 days before arrival date
No Refund - Cancellation of 14 days before arrival date
If we cancel your stay
We always do our best not to change the date
or cancel your stay but in exceptional
circumstances this may be necessary. We will
inform you of the change of date or
cancellation as soon as possible and give you
the following options.
a. accept the alternative arrangements as
notified to you
b. choose another available stay from us at
the advertised price
c. cancel your stay with a full refund of
any money you have paid
we do not accept responsibility or
compensation for circumstances such as *force
majeure. *Force Majeure means circumstances
beyond our control including (but not limited to)
industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical
problems, bad weather and acts of government.
